  • Horses which ‘tie-up’, (‘set-fast’) have heart strain or are weakly muscled benefit from a booster of Cell-E Premium before racing or endurance competition.
  • All horses in hard training and racing or competition to help minimise damage to muscle cells.
  • Helps improve muscle strength and oxygen use efficiency enabling horses to finish more strongly.
  • Highly recommended in racing camels as a powerful muscle anti-oxidant.
  • Can be used on the days before trialling, racing or competition to prepare antioxidant levels for strenuous exercise.
MAJOR INGREDIENTS
  • Cell-E Premium contains two forms of Vitamin-E: natural fat soluble, high potency d-α-RRR-tocopheryl acetate, and the stable, water soluble dl-α-tocopheryl adsorbate, to improve uptake and function.
  • Selenium is included as premium organic selenium to ensure optimum absorption and activity.
  • Organic selenium (as selenomethionine) is considered more bioactive compared to inorganic forms of selenium, such as selenites and selenates that are commonly used in feeds. In fact, these common and cheap forms of inorganic selenium are pro-oxidants and may encourage free radical formation.
  • Vitamin C regenerates vitamin E after it is damaged by antioxidant protection processes and is included as high potency stable ascorbate forms.
  • Vitamin A helps protect important muscle enzymes which contain selenium, such as glutathione peroxidase.
  • Magnesium, as an organic protein chelate, helps to regulate muscle contractions and nerve impulses.
  • Cell-E Premium does not contain banned substances or contravene the Rules of Racing or FEI Competition, but rules prohibiting the use of pre-race supplements should be followed if required by local Racing or Competition authorities.
SUPPLEMENTATION GUIDELINES

Each scoopful of Cell-E Premium provides 15 grams.

For Racehorses, endurance horses and advanced equestrian horses in training or competition OR for all horses with exertional rhabdomyolysis (Tying-Up, Setfast), including PSSM horses, feed 15 grams daily.

For fertility in mares and stallions, give 15 grams daily for 6 weeks before conception or during the breeding season.

Prior to racing, endurance or equestrian competition to ensure optimum muscle performance, give 30 grams in the morning and evening feeds for 7 days before the event.

After racing, endurance or equestrian competition to ensure fast recovery from muscle damage, give 30 grams in the morning and evening feeds for 2-3 days following the event.

For ponies in light work, give 3.75 grams daily and for moderate work or fertility, give 7.5 grams with the same course instructions.
